All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Prices may change at any time, but the price you pay is the price displayed at checkout.

Delivery typically takes 14–21 days from the date of purchase. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by shipping, customs or supplier factors outside our control; we will keep you informed of any delays.

Delivery is currently included in the purchase price as a limited-time special and may be withdrawn or changed for future orders at any time. Delivery is available within New Zealand.

Each machine carries a one-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, use of unsuitable water, unauthorised modification, or normal wear of consumables such as cannulas.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product is faulty, contact us at info@hydrowell.co.nz and we will put it right in accordance with your consumer rights.

Use your machine in accordance with the supplied manual and the guidance provided during your setup session. Use only the type of water specified for your model, keep the machine away from open flames and heat sources, and do not leave it operating unattended for extended periods.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand consumer law, Hydrowell is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products.
